Nancy Stephens began as a television actress and
spent a year on the staple soap opera Days of our
Lives. Her first movie role came playing Nurse
Marion Chambers in Halloween. Since that time, the
original Michael Myers account has led to five
“sequel” movies based on the mass-murderer who
turned Haddonfield Illinois into a place where nobody
trick-or-treats anymore. Unlike the woman she
portrayed, Nancy’s involvement with Michael Myers
has brought only good things. Nancy has landed
roles in both Halloween II, where she met her
husband, director Rick Rosenthal, and in the latest of
the “sequels,” Halloween H20. Apart from her role as
Marion Chambers, Nancy has maintained a
successful career, appearing in a handful of
television projects including the critically acclaimed
Barbarians at the Gate, and a half dozen films
including John Carpenter’s Escape from New York
and the somewhat less violent D2: The Mighty
Ducks.
